2018 Fall Lecture Series

Saturday, Dec. 8 : Celebrating Hungarian Christmas Traditions: Children’s Christmas Program, at 2 o’clock at the Museum.

Consider giving the gift of culture to a youngster in your life!

Mikulás Bácsi (St. Nicholas) will visit the Hungarian Museum to the delight of children young and old.  This event will include seasonal arts and crafts as well as opportunities to learn more about Hungarian culture and history through folk tales and legends. The program will have age appropriate activities for children 3-9 years old and 10-13 years old, and will be in English. Call Andrea Meszaros at 440-247-5144 to reserve a spot for the youngster in your life because Mikulás Bácsi needs to know who will be present!

The program will be held at the Hungarian Heritage Museum, in The Galleria, Downtown Cleveland, and we will have coffee and refreshments for the adults and treats for the young people!

The Museum will be open from 1-4 p.m, and our Gift Shop is filled with  wonderful “szaloncukor” (Christmas candy) in 6 flavors!

$5 parking is available in the Galleria underground garage. Suggested donation is $5 per child.

A viszontlátásra! We hope to see the children!
