After missing two years due to the Covid pandemic, we are finally able to join with two other Hungarian organizations to participate in HUNGARIAN HERITAGE NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK! The ballpark that has been hosting this event is The Lake County Captain’s Ballpark in Eastlake , Ohio. The date of this event is Friday evening, August 5th. The Museum is joining the Hungarian Cultural Center of Northeast Ohio and the William Penn Fraternal Association that evening, and past experience shows us that combining America’s past-time with Hungarian culture is a successful recipe for having a fun time. It is truly a family event! As we receive information from the Captain’s team office , we will post them on this website. To date we know that August 5th is a fireworks night, that Hungarian Heritage Night t-shirts will be available; we also know that they will serve Hungarian food, that we will hear the Hungarian national anthem as part of the opening ceremony, and that the jumbo screen will feature Hungarian trivia that will entertain the those in attendance. So plan on joining us on Friday evening, August 5th!
Play ball!!
Plan to join us for our annual Vintner Dinner on Friday, October 14th! This dinner is our main fundraising event. Once again we will feature wonderful Hungarian wines that are unique, and we invite you to “taste” five of them with us at our dinner! Stay tuned for the details!
